& Diaphragm pressure gauges are suitable for measuring the pressure of media with strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy solidification and solid floating matter, as well as certain measuring media that cannot be directly measured. When measuring pressure in general-purpose instruments and in places where cleaning is easy to prevent the accumulation of sedimentation substances, a diaphragm meter must be installed as a system composed of a diaphragm isolator and a general-purpose pressure instrument.
Diaphragm pressure gauges are mainly used for pressure detection in the production process of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, textile and other industrial sectors.
Structural principle of diaphragm pressure gauge:
Diaphragm pressure gauge consists of various general-purpose pressure instruments and diaphragm isolators of different structures to form a closed system filled with sealing liquid. When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing fluid in the closed system. Due to the inherent properties of the sealing fluid, the elastic element in the pressure instrument produces corresponding elastic deformation and displacement, and the pressure value is displayed by the indicating device. When the stiffness of the diaphragm is small enough, the pressure indicated by the pressure instrument is close to the pressure value of the measured medium.
Instructions for use:
The diaphragm pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure or negative pressure of various fluid media with certain corrosiveness, viscous media and non-crystalline or non-solidified fluid media.
Diaphragms of different materials can be selected according to the different requirements of the measurement medium on corrosion resistance.
The instrument shell is made of stainless steel and can be used in harsh working environments.
